Produced by Finca Monte Azul in Mexico, this coffee is harvested above 1200 meters. The combination of the mountainous region and cloud forest results in the ideal humidity and soil to produce some of the best coffee in Mexico. It has a profile that tends toward sweet honey and nut and, due to the high altitude where it’s grown, combined with a silky body gives this coffee the perfect balance.
